Starting out as a dancer, Erica has found a much deeper connection to her body through yoga, which has translated into more creativity in dance. Her favorite yoga to practice is vinyasa style, which allows the body to heat from within. Coupled with short meditation, she shares her knowledge about how a vinyasa style class can not only strengthen the body, but also the mind. Erica completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Inner Spirit Yoga Center, is registered with the Yoga Alliance, is currently completing her 300 hour YTT, and is certified in Yin Yoga .More recently, Erica managed Inner Spirit Yoga Studio (now closed) in East Northport, planning themed classes, workshops, events, performances, and more.
