Shari Steinert is a certified yoga instructor, specializing in helping individuals strengthen and explore their mind - body connection. In 2018, Shari completed her 200 hour teacher certification at Breathe For Change. She discovered and fell in love with yoga later in life, and is passionate about helping others deepen their connection to their bodies to improve mental health and wellbeing. She enjoys teaching beginner yogis the basics of yoga and mindfulness to support self regulation, help clients improve their mood and relieve physical and emotional stress. Shari practices and teaches a gentle vinyasa style of yoga. She helps teach clients how to shift and redirect negative energy in order to feel better mentally and physically. Her teaching style is more gentle than rigorous, as she strives to help her students mindfully experience and take pleasure in the resent moment. She offers many options and modifications to accommodate all levels!
